Currently I hadn’t done the introduction scene & the AI movement so I hope this’ll finish soon on January. Let’s take a look it back on my previous development.

The first prototype shot, I hadn’t satisfy with the pixel dots, look indescribable to me.

The second prototype shot, Now it’s look characteristic with added different kind of map. (BTW the second level from this screenshot was already scrapped, I changed the new ones)

Almost final shot, Very cool retro surrounding.
If you keep wondering of what this game is all about, I’ll tell you one thing……
It’s the modern version of “Patintero” but changed the rule so stay tuned :)
Self-Review Game: Fracuum
Today I gonna review some of the best “48 hrs” games, after all It was almost near to the Global Game Jam 2013 of January.
When I’ve take a look at the title screenshot, at first I thought it was crappy game with bad handed drawing all over it, I know Tyler did an excellent job from his past portfolio but when I’m getting into the game, I was completely amazed & shocking too, The “Tiny World” ludum dare theme did fit onto the game, with its deep exploration, you can go further deeper & deeper until you’ve reach the end screen, think like Zelda but at the same time you’ll zoom in when getting to the next room & zoom out to get onto the previous room, It was a small world after all, with the only item was the gun weapon to defeat some enemies on your way. Furthermore I recommend to play this game, its fun, challenging & innovated (oh also it comes in retro too). In fact, It was actually on the first rank of overall category & that is why It’s called truly a”maze”-ing .

My working environment for the solo project “Deep Beat”.
(Update 8/13/12) Added New Graphics & Elements to the prototype
2Here is one of the classic original “One-Button” concept ever since Tiny Wings became top of the App Store Chart, I remember having this one when I was little but without a magnet ball :p
It’s my on-going prototype game last few days ago (as of now, I had been improvised even more to this) planned to join entry to IGF 2013. Keep sticking to this game, There’s some shots for more :)
Welcoming Me
I would like to have a short introduce & WELCOME!!! to my new Tumblr, I’m Philip Mark Roxas (I’m 100% Pure Filipino actually {^-^}) working independent to build fun games & currently studied as an animator, My purpose for this microblog is to write a journey which whatever I’m progressing to my life for what it’s feel like to being living an independent game developer & struggling risk to be successful ones like a star on the heavenly sky……….. anyway I’m honestly make games before & some of them looks like below or almost average but on my way I try my best to improvise of what I had mistaken as I move along, I’ll post some of my development, my inspiration or even some random stuff that makes me happy to build fun games. That’s all for now & Happy “TUMBLR’in” :)

Remember the intense game, jackstones?
